Bogdan is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ 12349) and Victorian Building Authority Registered Building Practitioner (RBP EC44484) with over twelve years’ experience in civil engineering planning, preliminary and detailed design, project and approvals management as well as site supervision, contract administration and contract management. Bogdan is a Minor Works Endorsed Consultant with Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU). Bogdan’s areas of expertise include subdivision design and construction, road geometric and pavement design, bulk earthworks, stormwater management plans and design, water reticulation analysis and design, sewer reticulation and pumping system design as well as traffic impact assessment and management and cost estimating. Bogdan has vast experience in the delivery of road, infrastructure and land development construction.

Michael’s fourteen years’ experience in civil land development projects has laid a solid foundation of expertise to design and project manage civil engineering projects to achieve positive outcomes for clients. His capabilities array from engineering concept plans, to high quality, environmentally sensitive detailed design documentation for all civil engineering projects. His capabilities are also inclusive of project specifications, cost estimates, tender submissions, contract administration, and on maintenance hand over phase. Michael holds a key role in responding to complex urban and civil engineering challenges. He has played a leading role on a number of complex engineering projects, delivering exceptional results and unique engineering solutions from the preliminary planning stage through to construction and implementation.
Andrew Cresswell

Andrew holds a Diploma of Engineering (Civil), Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Civil) and an Advanced Diploma of Business Management. Andrew has over 18 years’ experience in landmark land development, infrastructure and civil engineering projects within professional engineering consultancies. As a Project Director Andrew is responsible for the delivery of all facets of urban development and design including initial planning, concept pre-design and feasibilities, civil design through to construction and on-maintenance handover phase. Andrew’s diverse areas of expertise include urban (residential, commercial and industrial) and marine/resort developments as well as major infrastructure projects including roadworks, water and sewerage reticulation schemes and stormwater drainage schemes. He has extensive experience in the contract administration, cost estimation, construction specification and project management. Furthermore, Andrew has played an active role in reviewing and providing input into the development of Planning Scheme documents for a number of Southeast Queensland Councils.
